Freelance Interior Design

Area: 100m2
I was commissioned by the Administrative director of the National Department of Investigations of the Dominican Republic (DNI) to develop the design of the new cybersecurity department headquarter.
I developed the concept, blueprints and 3D modelings of the project, working alongside the head civil engineer to map out all the specific necessities, important elements and crucial spaces that the new director required. For example, a data center, meeting room and a tech area with full wall screen monitors.
DESIGN PROCESS
As every proyect, after gathering the important information, needs and wants from the client, I started searching for inspiration and references to conceptualize the ideas for the look and feel of the space. Concluding on the moodboard seeing on the right.

The area we were working on was a previously occupied outdated office space. Long but narrow, it was a very tight area for all the things needed. It was a spatial challenge, we found a solution that pleased everybody and followed all the requirements previously demanded.

FINAL VIEW
The following is the final delivery of the work, the 3D modelings visualizing the conceptualization and mapping of the blueprints.
